Ryan Sook doing a fantastic Mike Mignola. I first became aware of Sook's work when he was selling pages at Mignola's San Diego 2001 booth. Six months later, he was exhibiting at Super-con in Santa Clara, where I acquired these pages. I love the bottom panel of this page.

Sook explained the biggest challenge of working on Buffy is that the actors have final approval over how they're depicted in the comic. Even with the Mignola-esque line work, Sook manages to make Sarah Michelle Gellar and David Boreanaz... Angel look like themselves. But I bought this page cuz I loved the Mayan temple looking building in the middle left and end panels.
