A short, but sweet --and very Ripley's Believe it of Not-ish--Kirby story done for Harvey. I'm told these pages were touched by a variety of inkers, perhaps including Joe Simon and who knows who else.

This page is the real reason I bought the story at S.D. 2004. I love the top two tiers of panels. Particularly, the large stone head and the Mayans. They could be Africans right out of the pages of FF 53. And that closeup of the eyes. Sheesh. How Kirby can ya get? Thanks, Steve.
